Here are some unlockable dogs and what you need to unlock them. Once unlocked, they can be purchased from the kennel. But down to the point, here’s what you need:
Beagle – Collect 16,000 Owner points
Dachshund – Collect 50,000 Owner points
Dalmatian - Find an item called "Fireman Hat.” If you visit the kennel, you can now buy the single Dalmatian
Golden Retriever - Collect 10,000 Owner points
Jack Russell Terrier - While on a walk, your dog may come across an Item called the Jack Russell Book. If you visit the kennel, you can now buy the single Jack Russell Terrier
Labrador Retriever – Collect 45,000 Owner points
Miniature Schnauzer - Collect 14,000 Owner points
Pinscher - Collect 2,000 Owner points
Pug – Collect 35,000 Owner points
Shiba Inu – Collect 30,000 Owner points
Shih Tzu – Collect 22,000 Owner points
Siberian Husky - Collect 4,000 Owner points
Toy Poodle - Collect 8,000 Owner points
Welsh Corgi - 20,000 Owner points

Desktop - Collect 6,000 Owner points
Ranch House – Collect 40,000 Owner points
Seaside - Collect 12,000 Owner points
Space – Collect 18,000 Owner points
